These photos are of a lovely girl from Phoenix who has been bothered by the appearance of her nose since she was a young girl. She wanted an aggressive change to her nose so I took some liberty in reshaping her nose but I wanted to keep a nice harmony between her nose and face. Since the surgery she has been extremely happy and her self confidence has jumped through the roof. One of the best parts of my job is seeing psychological improvements as well as the physical improvements in people like this who finally rid themselves of a physical trait that has bothered them for so many years.
