Browlift Surgery

If you look angry, sad or tired when you don't feel that way, it may be because your eyebrows have gradually fallen. Brow lifts reverse this process, restoring a more youthful, rested look to the eyebrows and upper eyelids.

To correct drooping brows and minimize horizontal lines and furrows, Dr. Diamond performs brow lifts using a newer technique called endoscopic brow lift. The conventional surgical method involves an incision from ear to ear. In contrast, endoscopic surgery involves making tiny holes in the scalp which cannot be seen afterwards and inserting a tiny, pencil-like camera to view and elevate the muscles and tissues beneath the skin. The result is a more youthful appearance to the brows and forehead.

Most patients can return to their regular activities within a week following surgery.

Brow lifts are often performed in conjunction with face lifts in order to provide a smoother overall look to the face. Eyelid surgery may also be performed at the same time as a brow lift.
